Nonno’s Coffee

Fine coffee production consists of selection. When the coffee is harvested, the coffee tree has grains in different stages. The ripe (red) grains are usually collected but, some grains that are not ripe and some that are overripe come together sometimes.
Those that are not ripe enough are considered low-quality. They are separated, but also go through the coffee process. This coffee is labeled as Nonno’s Coffee, which is a great suggestion for customers who are not excessively meticulous.
Take a tour around Carnielli farm to see the process in which coffee goes through. You can also get to know how other products are made, such as the corn meal and the cheeses.
