Carnielli Coffee – Fine Beverage

Carnielli family produces fine coffees, both the roasted, ground coffee and espresso (beans). They are exclusively made up of by "Arabica Bebida Dura" grains. The grains are harvested and prepared through the process we call "Cereja descascado" (unpulped cherry).
When the beans are ripe, they are harvested by hand and are taken to be processed at the end of the day. This process divides green coffee beans from dry coffee and also, unpeeled ripe coffee (red beans which look like cherries.)
After the unpeeling, the coffee goes to the coffee yard and later to the machines, which end the drying process. After the drying process, coffee sits for at least a month. Then, it goes through the process again in order to have its beige skin removed. After this, coffee goes to the torrefaction. The special treatment in all the steps of the production results in overwhelming smell and taste of Carnielli coffee.
Trusting in the quality of Arábica coffee, unpulped cherry, pure (fine beverage), the Carnielli family was able, in a short period of time, to expand its boundaries. Nowadays, Carnielli Coffee is found in several regions of Brazil: Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Rio Grande do Sul.
