The Agrotourism

The Carnielli farm, which is the pioneer of Agrotourism, lies in the town of Venda Nova do Imigrante (100 km from Vitoria). It is at Km 04, Pedro Cola Highway (which leads to Castelo town).
As did their former Italian relatives, the landowners developed agriculture until 1986 (the main source was coffee.) In that year they invested in diversity: they started to produce different goods from milk and to reforest with native and araucaria trees.
The natural beauty of the area covered with the Atlantica Forest, the nice weather in the mountains and the work in the family made the farm a wonderful place for those who wanted to have a good time in the region.
Tourists can purchase many different fresh and delicious products at the shop by the creamery, such as cheese, coffee, corn flour, cookies, honey, bread, jam and sweets. There are also embroidery and handcrafts.
All visitors are welcome to take a tour accompanied by a family member who explains all the process of preparation of soil, plantation, harvest, stocking, commercialization of products and so on.
Large groups and students must reserve tours at
